Before applying for any tags, there are two licenses every non-resident hunter MUST have:

Yes β the underlying elk license is the same. Whether you plan to hunt elk with a bow or a rifle, you apply for the same core license:

When you book with us we will assist you with the licensing process to ensure you obtain your license. We require you to allow us to assist you. It is necessary for you to be online with us during the application process. If you are born after 1987 we will need to have your hunters safety and or your bowhunters safety certificate number at the time of application.
In the event you are not drawn after following all required steps from Wayne Hill Outfitting, we will refund your deposit or transfer your hunt to the following year.
All hunts conclude at noon on the last day of your scheduled hunt.
If you draw blood on any animal during your hunt, your hunt is concluded.
